  @Ask_Spectrum You need to choose:1) monthly subscription model - bill for full months and customer's can use products for full month2) Cancellation causes proration of bill and subscription stops on day of cancellation.Can just pick and choose what works best for you. . .

  Recently canceled Spectrum Internet & TV. Next day I get a bill for a new month. Customer service says Spectrum bills in full months (no proration - I canceled 2 days into a new month), but the service is not prorated and stops on the day I called WTF?@Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum
