Everyone at this location was so nice, helpful and courteous. I was able to get an appointment on... the same day. The check in process was seamless. Dr. Li was knowledgeable and just all around the best. After my appointment, they also didn't pressure me to buy anything which was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely come back.read more

My eye exam with Dr. Li was excellent. She is very thorough and has great bedside manner. However,... the manager of the store failed to tell me that my insurance was not fully in network and charged me way more than my insurance plan had outlined, so I ended up canceling my order for a full refund on the glasses after over an hour of browsing for frames in store. Very frustrating. If you have vision insurance, please beware of this.read more

I walked into OPTYX on Lexington not know exactly what I wanted but Yusuf assisted me to find the... perfect pair. Not only did he assist in picking a pair but it was a great experience. I can't say enough terrific things about my experience with Yusuf. Yusuf is extremely knowledgeable... and professional. I went in expecting to have my glasses shipped because I was leaving 2 days later; however, he took it upon himself to ensure that they would be ready in the store before I left town so that my glasses were perfect. The fact that he went out of his way to make sure my glasses came in a day later shows what kind of service he provides. While the service is top notch, so are the glasses. This store has all of the top of the line glasses, with a wide variety of glasses from each of the top brands. I 100% recommend this location to anybody looking for new glasses, or anybody looking for advice on what to get.read more
